Unfortunately last visit was a painfully slow awkward hair cut. Resulting in me feeling very unhappy with outcome and indeed although supposedly being dealt with by a fully qualified stylist another stylist had to come over and finish the job after a 1hr 30 minute hair cut on very very short hair. \\\\\\\\\\sadly unimpressed when previously all I had to say about this salon was exceptionally good things.Manager promised free hair cut and contact to resolve neither ever materialised despite ensuring that they had correct details twice.Rating history and distribution
