• Terrible sums up my dealings with this shop. I decided to use them as opposed to the larger chains and was very clear that if there was anything else that needed doing or there were any changes, to please contact us before carrying out the work. Apparently that wasn't clear enough and they just went ahead and changed things and did what they decided they wanted to! The person in charge started off as unhelpful and then progressed to defensive and finally offensive. I do not expect to be sworn at by someone I am paying to provide a service! If you like to receive a bike back that is in worse mechanical shape than when it went in, then by all means, visit Haxby Cycles!
