• Disappointed. Having been a customer and watching you grow for more than 12 years, I returned a faulty item less than 24 hrs after purchase (value £2.99) becUse I could not produce the receiptI was refused a replacement. I would consider I am known to the staff and as at the present time am suffering an obviousdisability there was no understanding from the staff. I was almost made to feel like a thief.
