• The Haven Restaurant in Cellardyke is set overlooking the old harbour. It has a warm friendly welcome and the standard of food is one of the best in the area. They seem to specialise in seafood but also offer a variety of good old traditional stuff such as Home made Steak and Ale pie, Roast Chicken Breast and homemade soup (all fresh and not frozen). I asked about the accompaniments to the meal and all are made fresh on the premises, from their Tartar sauce to their traditional Italian Pesto through to pepper sauce and Guacamole. I can say that the Haven Bar and Restaurant in Cellardyke is well worth a visit and believe me when I say from fish to steak the quality and taste is gets a ten out of ten from me.
