• Went in at 10 o'clock on a Sunday morning, door was open and open sign was showing. The barber was sat there and the shop was empty and I was told they don't start working until half past 10 on a Sunday! In leaving the shop he closed the shop shutter as if the shop was still closed! Poor service and customer service skills!
