• i called yesterday with my friend and could not belive how much it changed we arrived at 2pm the place was empty and full of chinese menus it was very poor food we only had baked potatoes but dont think this pub will survive it costs 10-00 pound for meals i /we will never go back again

• best food in shrewsbury, chinese or english, very welcoming atmoshere , staff very friendly and helpful, would recommend to anyone .

• The food and service is usually brilliant , however I am afraid I was very dissapointed by the customer service of Friday 18th May. A mistake in a take away order was made by a memeber of staff,( As I was not told about changes to the menu when I rang my order through).When I called to inform the Harry Hotspur I was dissapointed by their responce. No Attempt was made to rectify the error and no appology was given , as a long standing customer this responce has made me question future use of the venue .

• i wanted to say what a great place this pub is, lovely friendly atmosphere, and the two meals for a tenna is absolutely great, I had the sweet and sour chicken, five big pieces of chicken in batter, lovely fresh cooked rice, and shaped like little flowers were the carrots and a little side salad, the sauce is in a little bowl alternatively you can have chips. I found the food excellent, I have tried various dishes and all have been cooked perfect, and of good quality.they also serve chines takeaway and thats always been top quality and never have I ever found fault with that pub. Keep up the good work.
