• I order from here all the time. The lady in a CHINESE takeaway has a non English accent??? Dear God go out and flog her. What do you expect from an authentic eating establishment. Note to other review leavers - stick to pie and mash shops!!! The food here is lovely, always hot and fresh and on time.

• Ladie who answers the phone there is so rude picks the phone up when you eventually get threw and without making you aware just decides to put you on the side while she deals with customers in the shop,also can't understand a word that comes out if her mouth,will never order from them again

• usually order food from happy garden however after trying to place order over phone tonight with no success after 45 mins of engaged tone have ordered elasewhere. have a feeling phone was taken off reciever to avoid telephone orders as probably busy,quite frustrating as really should have some answer machine to say so. food is ok but nothing to get excited about

• Tried ordering over the phone, she bearly spoke English, couldn't hear me as she was too busy serving people in the shop whilst taking my order. She wouldn't repeat the order correctly, I tried telling her again what I would like, but still got it wrong! Then carried on serving, leaving the phone on the side to then be hung up on! Order arrived 1 hour 48 mins later, and yes it was wrong, but still had to pay for it! Tried calling them about it, and they hung up. Absolutely rubbish place, definitely finding a different chinese place as my local..

• Ordered food from here Thursday 15/12/11. It was dreadful: I had one mouthful then threw it away; my partner's was just as bad too. It didn't smell very fresh, my chicken (and my partner's beef)had a very slimy texture. Vile. No stars - just avoid.
