• Just returned to Rounadbout Cars to buy my daughter a sporty clio as a well done for passing her A-levels. The service from Simon was exceptional from the minute we stepped on the forecourt to the short time it took her to make her purchase. We did have a little niggle with the gearbox, but this was swiftly sorted, with the garage even picking it up from place of work. I won't be going anywhere else when looking to buy quality used cars

• I should have read this reviews prior to buying. I've had the same issues with this garage. All I can say is their after sales is appalling. Cars they sell are unroadworthy. They don't answer calls. They claim their cars are hpi clear but in fact most are insurance write offs.

• Didn't think purchasing a car could be such a nightmare. Firstly the sales staff get you on their side until you part with your cash. Then they treat you as if they don't know you. Especially if you have to take the car back under warranty, which you more than likely will have to! After that I had the car returned with even more faults then when I took it in. Wish I had knowledge of these reviews before buying!

• I brought a car from this garage because the pre-sales talks were very welcoming, however after handing my money over the tune soon changed! They came across very rude and obnoxious after the car had many inherent faults (backed up by a well known independent specialist) who classed the car as being in an unfit state for sale!! The salesmen refused to acknowledge this and their mannerism flipped to the other extreme. They claim to offer a 3 month warranty which is a complete pack of lies...I wish I only read the reviews posted of them before I went ahead with my purchase! Hypocritical staff/outstandingly poor service.

• I recently purchased a car from here. After a week I took it back because it had a rattle from exhaust. I had it back and problem not fixed, also have oil leak. They use an incompetent mechanic and there cars are not very mechanically sound. Keep away.

• Would never use this garage ever again, they claim to offer a 3 month warranty and then when things brake they dont fix them! Their costumer service is appaulling and they never return any calls you make to them. They are so rude its untrue!

• This is the third time I've used Roundabout Cars to purchase a car and each time I've been greeted with great choice, good prices and outstanding customer service. The first time Simon and Rodger actually sourced a 'first car' for my young lad, which needed to be economical, cost effective to insure and stylish - you know what young lads are like! After that I've purchased a family car and, more recently, a sporty number. I'd recommend Roundabout for anyone looking to purchase a quality used car!

• Ignored two negative reviews and went ahead and purchased car from Roundabout Cars Stourbridge. Excellent value.I was treated very well and received good advise. I have also found that since purchasing vehicle the after sales service has been excellent and I will certainly do business with this company again.

• I was recomended to Roundabout after looking for a new car, I can defiantly say I will be using them again. Great guys, excellent knowledge and reliable. I couldn't ask for better service.
