• Two men who came were very pleasant but they forgot to turn the boiler back on. We spent a very cold night without any heating. Easy mistake and easy to resolve if I could have opened the front of boiler. However when I called the lady said'my husband has been ill and YOU ARE CALLING ME BECAUSE YOU ARE COLD!' very odd response for a heating company.
