• I bought my wedding dress here because it was cheaper here than where I originally found it. I soon regretted it but had already paid when i realised my mistake. Carol, the woman in the shop made it hard work for me to get appointments whenever I wanted them (and I wasn't being demanding or unreasonable. Believe me) and when I did get an appointment I felt uncomfortable and like I was being a nuisance. She forced me into having a final fitting 3 weeks before the wedding when I was still losing weight. I felt like the dress was too big at the bust but was told "it was normal and the weight of the dress and to stop pulling it up". On my wedding video I am constantly pulling it up all day and it gaped. It definitely needed more taking in. All my friends who got married and had alterations have told me they were allowed fittings right up to the day. To top it all off when my mum picked up the dress the day before the wedding, my £1000 dress came in a plastic bag. Not a proper wedding dress cover. I was too stressed to say anything and had no time. I don't expect to spend that kind of money and not even get an appropriate cover like everyone else I spoke to did who has gone elsewhere. A very unclassy touch. Don't use this shop. With the hoop and alterations it all came a lot of money and I did not feel happy. The woman in the shop ruined my experience of the dress preperation. She should be working in a morgue not a wedding dress shop.

• We made an appointment with this shop over the phone. When we went in we were ignored for 20 minutes and then we eventually got told to pick out dresses to try.... we hadn't been doing nothing for 20 mins we knew what we wanted to try by that point!!! lost a bride and 3 bridesmaids there! very disappointed customer!
