• I have found dealing with Hallmark a very frustrating and unrewarding experience. They are slow to react on queries and often rude in their responses. The whole operation comes across very unprofessional when cases arise where their attention is needed. They seem to be understaffed and I suspect that they may not have enough bandwidth to deal with all queries coming their way. Would not recommend. If you are looking for a property manager i am sure you can find better than that.
