• Having 3 times previously ordered and had takeaways delivered to our door, we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for our food to arrive. When we rang back to ask where our order was we were told that Hacis Place did not deliver to our village?? They did not even have the decency to phone us and let us know that we would not be receiving our food, even though they had taken our phone number when quoting us the delivery charge and cost of the food. We live only 5 miles away from their shop. When I complained, I was told the manager would call me back...I'm still waiting.
