• I'm sad to say that I too recently (Feb 2017)found my pet was distressed following a bath and dry(barely). I tried to share my concerns with the owner Gill and she was extremely unprofessional, wouldn't take feedback and suggested I go elsewhere as she was offended! No interest in my pets wellbeing at all and she just kept saying they've always undercharged me so I shouldn't be complaining. Advice: stay with your dog and watch closely and don't complain!

• Would like to say I've taken my mom's dog Alfie here and are very pleased with the staff they are very friendly and professional would highly recommend

• after using groomers 4 pets for years was very shocked and annoyed that the owner gill told us to take our dog elsewhere instead of bieng more patient and caring (very unproffesional)

• took my dog for a hair cut on 7/12/2012 very pleased with how we were treated hair cut was how we wanted it molly even got a christmas toy
