• I am a tenant at one of the properties they manage. At first all was fine - I received replies to my emails and got the answers to all my questions on time. After we signed the contract all went down. I have been trying to contact the agency for 3 months via email and I still do not have a reply! Tried their landline but I get through to lowsy receptionists who cannot pass on messages! I am fed up with this! I do NOT recommend this agency!
