• When travelling from Oz to the UK we were advised by others to go to this pub for some great grub and a relaxing drink with the really friendly locals. Well it certainly lived up to it's reputation!!! We are going back there this May (2013)

• Wow, what a great find. We were dropped off by cab, we were staying at the Tranquil Otter, and the greeting was warm and friendly. Although the choice wasn't massive for a vegi, the food was awesome. We were the for the first light of the fire and it was awesome. Everyone we saw in the pub was amazingly friendly and we enjoyed talking to the manager and his expectant wife, hope it all goes well. The best part was we got a lift home from the staff's mum. all the best and many many thanks from us both. Paul and Laura
