• Last minute November booking for Boxing Day, no problem getting in. Table for four. Presentation excellent, as were the flavours and ingredients. However, the meat was very substandard. The Pheasant breast was tough, the fillet steak was not fillet, more like the tough end of a rump and the roast beef had a lot of gristle. the only person who was completely satisfied was the vegetarian among us who had the tart with salad and boiled potatoes. We ate as much as we could and I had to remove the tough bits of steak from my mouth which was very embarassing and undignified. Prices were very steep. Would gladly go back even if they put the prices up so they could offer us decent cuts of meat. Sorry Greyhound we won't be visiting you again.
