• Avoid this place like the plague! Awful! The 'shredded' duck came in chunks of 99% fat with 1% meat. The hoisin sauce was nothing but congealed salty mess which i had to scoop out with a spoon and manually spread over the scraps of duck. Chicken and cashew nuts was nice as i am not picky with food if you're not a fan of vegetable then avoid it as i found celery, cucumber and sweet corn in it- very odd combination. Never again, i'd prefer to chuck the £21 in the bin, ironically where there food ended up

• Hello I am sorry our duck and plum was not to your satisfaction. We have been making Our duck with plum dish like this for over 17 years without complaints. I can assure you the plum sauce is plum sauce with the addition of pineapple as not only for show but it also melts away the savoury/sweetness of the plum sauce. If you are not happy with the duck and plum i would consider you not to re-order this dish again like you did the following week or re-order it without pineapple. As to the argument as to if the plum sauce is genuinely plum sauce then i am happy to show you the ingredients we use to make this. once again am sincerely sorry you wasn't happy with your dish and hope you do come again. • Very disappointing. The dog enjoyed the very chewy salty duck, which was ordered as duck in plum sauce (expectation of sliced duck in deep plum sauce), came swimming in pineapple and beansprouts. When I rang to query was told thsi it was plum sauce (just not as we know it). Special fried rice was fine, but won't be going back.
