• Having ordered from Golden Dragon before, I assumed service would be average (as usual) but I was shocked with the service I was given. I had ordered from an area that stated on the just eat website there would be free delivery on orders over £12. With no cash on me, I paid for this by card and expected it all to be fine. I received a phone call two minutes later informing me I must pay a £2.50 delivery charge in cash otherwise my order would not be delivered. After telling the woman, named 'Eing', my story, she began to blame me, as a customer, for not having cash to pay the hidden delivery charge. She raised her voice to me, and when I asked to speak to the manager, she said the manager did not speak English. Eing was very rude and disrespectful, should certainly not be serving customers and put the phone down on me. I called just eat afterwards (costing me more money from a mobile phone) to ask for a refund and they contacted the restaurant to cancel the order, only to find the restaurant were still going to charge me for my food and not deliver it. I was appalled by the service received from Golden Dragon and will certainly not recommend. It's not even worth the one star I have to give this.
