• Pete installed some decking at my first house before moving. He promised me a"lifetime guarantee on all work" which was why when I moved I called him in again to do the decking at my new property. I called him to say the lights wasnt working. I was promised he would return but never did. A year and a half later I bumped into him and he said he forgot and promised he would return. Never did. My brother required some work so I got in touch with him and reminded him of the lights. Weeks went by still nothing. I had to chase again . I left the gate open and he went to take a look at what lights wasnt working. Again weeks went by and I had to phone again. Giot home from work to find the lights had been posted through my letterbox with a note telling me he won't be doing the job. I finally got hold of Pete and heard every excuse as to why he won't be doing the job from personal reasons to not realising how big the job was. I reminded him of the "lifetime guarantee" and that was dismissed. Ive since been in the garden to see that he has cut the wires leaving them bare and exposed. I will never ever recommend him only to steer clear.
