• I'm left very confused re what to think of this firm. Initially I thought they were quite good, quite professional and relatively quick to do their work. Looking back now, I regret so much for using their services in the purchase of my property. The partner was not always particularly nice - take a while to reply to queries, etc. And even send an email to say that he cannot be expected to respond within any given time frames (part of their instruction letter) as he has got other clients to deal with - and that was said in quite a rude way. I work in a client facing business and this is NO way to talk to a client. Extremely unprofessional. Even if we forget about the unprofessionalism, I got so many problems after the purchase that I wished I never even came across these guys. Do yourselves a favour and keep away from them.

• Wow. Very very shocked by the conversation I have just had with these people. I called to ask for advice on a potential legal situation / claim, I have come off the call feeling completely deflated and now unsure whether I do indeed have a case? My four minute conversation with a man (solicitor I dont know?), has clearly put me off of ever contacting this firm again. 1) My call was taken abruptly, no introduction, who was I talking to? 2) Abruptly asked whether I would be seeking Legal Aid, that hadnt even crossed my mind, but he made it very very clear that they dont deal with people on Legal Aid 3) by asking me very few questions, he has deemed that my claim would not be justifiable, even though there is a huge negligence element of the case 4) spoke down to me. You know that person who is abrupt, sounds bored and knows everything (but actually knows nothing). I am honestly in shock, this firms website looks very professional, their attitude is FAR from professional. I will be warning local friends to avoid this firm like the plague.
