• The owner of this business brought his criminal son round uninvited to my house to pester my son on multiple occasions including for "sleepovers" which was awkward, at no point did the business owner Graham or his wife, Claire try to make friends with our family they simply used our property as a babysitting service for their mentally unwell son, when we did need repairs they never offered any help or advice and instead knowing we were struggling, thought it appropriate to have us feed their son and give him rides back home just to get rid of him costing us money and taking advantage of our good will and us not knowing what to do with him given his illness, it ended with their son getting sectioned for assaulting his brother while in a psychosis and this is a son he brought to work with him, until the son quit. Given that I do know this family well (unfortunately) I would avoid this business. From what their son Adam said, the work they do is the minimum to get paid.
