• Overall, this business is so untrustworthy and unreliable. The 10 year guarantee you get for the conservatory is enticing but you would be lucky if that promise lasted 10 days. It has been almost two years since we have asked for our conservatory to be repaired correctly and after 3 unsuccessful attempts and a handful of shoddy workmanship (namely losing measurements)we are fed up and want our money back. Coming back to losing measurements; after 2 months we were finally contacted by G&B who offered to fix the condensing glass and leaky joints in which case they decided to turn up without the glass claiming to have lost the measurements. Communicating with this company is like contacting the International Space Station - tiring and time-consuming.Even the manager is egoistic. He strays from dealing with customer issues and even had the audacity to call us liars. Their level of incompetence is so astonishing that bad customer service seems to be a professional skill-set that the staff pride themselves on. If there's anything they deserve it's the top spot on the excuse league table. Outright shocking, dreadful and inexcusable.

• avoid at all costs! - the materials are not good, they installed badly and some windows dont work after 2months! - i should have gone to Everest!
