• I bought a bmx paid £300 for it and paid a further £80 on accessories, but just days later things started going wrong with the bike which shouldn't of done as it was brand new, so when I took it back to be repaired the staff simply wasn't interested and I was made to feel like I was a nuisance, ive totally boycotted fulwood cycles and I would advise everybody else to tell your friends and do the same, their all smiles and friendly when your getting your wallet out but as soon as theirs a problem they don't want to know,poor service which is over priced, make sure you shop around

• i took my bike to fulwood cycles to get get some new forks after a crash the biggest mistake of 2012 so far. after many false promises and five weeks later still no forks i was quoted 90 pounds for the forks and fitting as fulwood cycles did not seem up to the job. I brought the bike home my young nephew after only 10 minutes had purchased the right forks for 30 pounds i would urge people not to fulwood cycles and remember the old saying "it pays to shop around"
