• We booked a week in advance, when we got there they were busy and we were hustled into a corner of the bar, eventually we were given a table for six, the booking was for seven, we then sat there for 30 minutes, then the menus arrived, fifteen Minutes later they took our orders, we were all on a table elbow to elbow, a larger table became free and we had to be asked to moved. It couldn't get worse, wrong, the prawn starters had been defrosted under a tap and were watery, the mussels had been cooked to death and were inedible, when told about the mussels it was like they knew, they just took them away, the rest of the food was ok but nothing special, we all went away hungry the portions were tiny, when the vegetables arrived we thout it was for one, it was for four, the bill was £223 for seven without dessert which is outragiously expensive, we couldn't tell from the bill what we had been charged for it just said starters and mains. This really wasn't an experience we wish to repeat, it was a complete rip off, one final note, I have been to PassoTonale and Amalfi this year and this restaurant doesn't serve Italian food.
