• Always late with plenty of excuses and pushing to do more treatments which I can't afford. Not a very relaxed atmosphere as the owner spends the whole time discussing her extremely troublesome personal life which I found very unprofessional. I will NOT be returning. She needs to get her act together as I know several people with the same views. Shame on her!!!

• Rude. Always late. Discusses clients' personal details with other clients. Shows clients 'before and after' photos, even though she assures clients the photos are not for other clients to see. Unhygienic. Dirty. Only has time for clients who spend lots of money there. Money grabber.

• Shahla effectively and caringly eradicated my sweaty palm problem using botox injections. She worked her magic to stop my hands from dripping with sweat from my finger tips. Needless to say, I will be re-visiting in the future and would highly recommend her.

• My appointment in this light, area, feminine salon was a complete pleasure. The owner of the salon, Shahla improved my eyebrows with semi permanent make up in a tone flattering to my skin and hair. The result was natural looking, well defined eyebrows and I am very pleased. Thanks go to Shahla for her artistry and to her courteous staff for making my appointment such a pleasant experience.

• It was by recommendation that I come to this clinic from a friend who uses several of the services here. For my own account I can say I found reception staff here to be both friendly, amicable and extremely helpful ladies who keep the clinic clean and make you feel instantly welcome. Initially I had Botox treatment which I was extremely happy with - so much so that I returned for microdermabrasion and chemical peels. Shahala is extremely professional and always fully explains any of the products and treatments to me so that I am confident I am in good hands. This is a clinic I would highly recommend and return to in the future.

• STRONGLY RECOMMEND!! After being recommended by a close friend to Shahla, I can happily say I've made a life long friendship with her. Shahla is a strong, dedicated woman that loves her job and making her clients feel really comfortable (as I was extremely nervous), as well as making them look 10 years younger. The clinic is clean, happy and friendly and the receptionists are easy to talk to. I would 100% recommend anyone to go there. As for the negative comments below, I highly suggest that they do indeed find somewhere else to go as the clients at Forever Young Clinic get a friendly welcoming, unlike the standard clinical 'one in, one out' procedure you might get at other clinics and perhaps that would suit them better.

• The treatment I had was three sessions of Microbrasion and two Chemical Peels, I work outside in all the elements so my skin takes a real battering after just one treatment my skin was so much more radiant, soft and healthy looking. When I wear makeup my skin looks smoother and a big bonus I look younger! So ladies this is a must have treatment and I will certainly be keeping up my treatments with lovely Shahla. This was my first experience at The Forever Young Clinic, Shahla couldn't of made me feel more welcome, she is such a lovely lady, I felt I knew her before I left the room from my first treatment. Shahla runs a clinic with a very friendly, with a personal touch. So what ever treatment you have you will feel very welcome and you will definitely want to revisit and have more treatments. Thank you Shahla for such a wonderful experience, I will certainly see you soon.

• I had a lovely experience at the forever young clinic. I was warmly welcomed to a clean friendly salon. When I was younger I suffered with allergies leaving dark bags under my eyes. I tried all sorts of creams, none of which worked. I then came across tear trough. Its has been a few weeks since the treatment and I couldn't be happier with the results! Since then I have also had a lovely skin peel and hd eyebrows which are perfect. I will definitely be going back

• I have been using the Forever Young Clinic for over 5 years for various treatments. I am always given a full explanation as to what each treatment involves along with any other options I might have. I have no hesitation in recommending Forever Young, I feel reassured by her knowledge and experience.

• I found Forever Young beauty clinic from a Groupon offer for 3 x Microdermabrasion treatments and every visit was an absolute treat. I found Shahla to be charming, friendly, very warm and helpful. As a lady working alone to get her business off the ground appointments could run a little late but Shahla would always apologize and do her best to make up for any lateness. The waiting area is lovely and comfortable with lovely musical videos to watch/up-to-date magazines to read while waiting for treatments to commence. I have enjoyed my visits to Forever Young clinic so much I have continued to attend once a month for facials even though my Groupon offer has long since expired. Its unfortunate that some ladies have had disappointing visits to Forever Young clinic and I can only assume this was due to circumstances which Shahla has since resolved and improved upon. I have been visiting Forever Young clinic monthly since September 2013 and every visit is an absolute delight. Shahla is very professional and helpful and strives to enhance your skin and appearance which in turn boosts your confidence. I wholeheartedly recommend Forever Young clinic and I shall continue my monthly visits for the foreseeable future.

• The owner and atmosphere of the clinic was lovely, she explained the procedure and the time taken was just right for my skin, I did not feel too sensitive or raw afterwards. Have made appointment for my second round of microdermabrasion.

• My experience at 'The Forever Young Clinic' was fabulous and the treatment made a significant difference to my complexion. I had the microdermabrasion plus a glycolic peel and would certainly go back there for further treatment.

• I would not recommend ANYONE to visit this salon. I too am amazed how this lady is in business. I had also purchased the 3 sessions of microdermabrasion. There was no basic hygiene, no clean towels, no proper explanation of what she was doing and she was coughing and sneezing everywhere. (She did not wash her hands once and said she was not contagious ) i have since caught an awful cold and had to have time off work! I shall not be returning for any further treatments.

• Totally agree with miss Richardsons review, same has happened to me. Service was atrocious, the owner was extremely rude and obnoxious very confused as to how she is in business. Would not recommend even if the service was free!waited half hour for my appointment with no apology, to then receive a five min facial, in fact the towels were not even changed from the previous client!lucky for me groupon have been amazing in rectifying the issue.

• Leave well alone. I had a groupon voucher for 3 microdermabrasion sessions each for 30 mins. They actually lasted no more than 6 minutes each. Absolute rip off. The owner was actually 45 minutes late for one appointment, arriving to 3 clients waiting outside for her. No apology made. Awful service and total waste of time & money.
