• I rented a washing machine from them, it was rubbish quality. I found the staff there very rude and patronising, hardly my fault if the aching is faulty, so I bought one in the nd would ever g back there. The whole experience left a very bad taste- they did repair the machine but treated me very shoddily, like the other comment I find it a strange way to conduct business.

• I rent a washing machine from them over 12 months now, great machine my vacuum clener broke, so decided too try them, It was only £2 per week, but they stated you can not till your 17 months contract on washing machine is oomplete, strange way to do business, I was going to keep the washing machine when the contract finished and keep paying, the monthly charge, wont bother now , made me feel like bad payer nd I have never missed a pyment
