• Never again! Ridiculous waits for childrens food, adults food even longer. Food mediocre at best, one child's meal not cooked properly, very disappointed. Management attitude to complaint was amusing, one hid and the one that returned was surly. I don't expect the Savoy Grill but Marstons should really do better, other Marstons eateries we've visited outshine this one considerably.

• Arrived at 06.40pm.Went to the bar to buy a drink.Abruptly told to sit down as it was table service.Drinks order taken 20 mins later,Drinks arrived 15 mins after that.Ate main and sweet.Live 5 mins away.Arrived home at 08.40pm.
