"We have new management, we are serving home cooked food Tues - Sun we offer a three course Sunday lunch 12 noon until 18.00 at £12.95 We have converted our barns to rooms to let call or better still why not pay a visit. You will receive a warm welcome "

• One of the worst eating experiences ever! Staff have no knowledge of their menu and no customer care/service whatsoever. The Pub and toilets were filthy. There is clearly no qualified chef employed as the meals were attrocious. We were told that several items were off after ordering them, then they were on again, then they were off etc etc. Eventually they were back on as the cook must have found the microwave to defrost them. Steaks were very raw, mushrooms were slimey and tasted fizzy, cleary off. We had stomach upsets when we got home. Cold, unfriendly and no atmosphere whatsoever cross between a public toilet and poor spanish bar as the tiles in the toilets ran straight into the pub, not a good look. The cook looked dirty too when he came out of the kitchen smoking. Never again!
