• Overheard staff talking badly about their boss. By the sound of things he is a nasty piece of work. Nice coffee but drawn away as I would not like to give my well earned money to the owner which does not treat staff well

• Rude unfriendly staff , terrible tasting coffee served in a dirty cup . Staff were moaning to each other about their boss and how much they hate their job , awful staff and terrible coffee
