• Do not part with your hard earned cash here! Customer service is appalling. They are never in i.e., 'with a customer'- 'on the phone' - 'in a meeting' so, you leave a message, but they NEVER phone you back, so off you go again phoning them - getting nowhere fast. We're still on with it - 10 months later!! I would give no stars if I could. Just beware.

• Was looking for a multifuel woodburner. Salesman arrogant and patronising, needed further training on customer care. Unhelpful uninterested and rude. Would not recommend, or advise anyone to part with their hard earned money here! Walked out was so disgusted! Would rate them in the minus if I could.

• The most charmless sales advisors ever! Disinterested and quite frankly bordering on moronic sales pitch. They just want your money and couldn't care less about customer care or getting the job right. Avoid!

• DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Misleading salesmanship over warmfront grants, harassing and threatening behaviour towards vulnerable clients. Inadequate, uncompromising and unprofessional communication when attempting to resolve the issue. A complete nightmare. Would give a 0 out of 5 if i could.
