• i qctually hate going into this shop when the owner is in. I find him really grumpy and like everything is too mucb trouble for him. Try smiling and being sociable is my advice

• The owner is rude and talks to you in a condescending manner. I used my own stamps on a small parcel which annoyed him. I think he forgets he is providing a service for the public and paid by the Post Office for this service. As I was leaving I mumbled to myself I wont be using this post office again, he heard me and replied to me saying don't worry you are banned. For what I am unsure, but if he bans everyone that is unhappy with his service skills then he will have no customers left!
