• Awful. Deliberately take a long time to give facts - presumably to stop you looking elsewhere. Offer lousy part ex. Attempt to make you take finance and buy warranty type products. Try to make you pay for a HPI check. Refuse to negotiate on screen price. Attempt to belittle and brow beat customer.
