• Been up at the bar today, busy but not too busy the wait for food wasn't excessive and the quality was lovely. Mags and Dolly have done well today and the welcome was lovely hence the first names, only met them today.

• Well summers almost back upon us and yes the marina Bar is back in operation again with fuller hours closes at 1800 Mon Tues and Wed still, bit diasappointing but glad to be back utilising the wonderful place again, once again Mags marvellous job of cleaning -redecoration and new furniture, love it and as usual food fab and drinks cold, well done.

• I found the place to very welcoming, and had a lovely feel about the place, it was less busy now so the wait for food was much less which makes it a little less protracted. All in all very good value and well worth the trip.

• after about 1/2 mile walk along the Crouch -We came across the Marina bar -what a lovely place to sit and relax - the veiws are marvelous - and it is dog freindly .

• Well, I'd never seen the new Guiness surger unit and cans and proceded to moan and complain, I was convinced to try one and found them to taste exactly the same, very impressive well done guiness and Mags for making me try something new, really impressed with the bar and its staff.

• Food Glorious food, I've just had a sneak preview of the new menus, yes plural, breakfast, lunch and evening, starts April, can't wait. Just as an aside, try the BBQ chicken pinini, wow,wow,wow. The Dogs dooberries, love it

• Lovely place, a little lacking in custom this time of year but even so, warm and friendly, lovely food and drink, the jet engine, sorry coffee machine, although old serves a lovely cup of coffee, anyone who has been there will get the joke.

• This place is going from strength to strength, I find the service good, the staff pleasant and food exceptional. The bar is a pleasant combination of locals and visitors who are all made to feel very welcome and included in the atmosphere.

• I found the place pureley by mistake rather than design, however the place was tastefully decorated with a lovely atmosphere, the food was good and the company and surroundings second to none, I now plan my trips there, a little treasure

• I found the staff very helpful and friendly, the place is so quaint and welcoming. Mags was the perfect host along with karl and their food was home cooked and very well presented, I'd recommend the place to anyone especially if you like idyllic views and surroundings
