• Zero stars. Worst hair cut experience of my life. Asked for simple one length bob, providing stimulus showing just above shoulder length and the hairdresser took off length to half way up my neck on her first cut and from that point refused to acknowledge what she'd done, ending up cutting the hair in an awful slope down to the face to try to hide it, as well as straightening it (despite a request not to) just to make it look longer. Made a formal complaint after the event - showing my stimulus pictures and pictures of my cut, which couldn't be more different - and Nikki (reception) was lovely, but then I was passed onto the punchy salon owner who had no interest in my experience. Rude and dismissive. I could not recommend this place less, from start to finish, unheard the whole way through from haircut to feedback and now have to live with a very tacky, messy hairstyle. Dread to think what people get when they ask for something more complicated than a one-length bob.
