• Horrified. Been going to Elios for years, as the guys are normally great. But this time, for some reason I simply don't understand, the guy who cut my hair graded the bottom half of the back of my head down to a short stubble, which looks absolutely horrendous and was not what I asked for (I'm a 54 year old man not a young kid). Totally mortified by what he did, when I was expecting the same cut I've been having for many years. I will never ever consider going back to Elios again, and would strongly recommend avoiding if you want to avoid being made to look ridiculous.
