• I came in today and had my nails done (shellac) I'm not very happy with them and disappointed that I've paid £15! The colour is uneven and patchy. my friend had hers done and hers looked 10 times better than mine! Very disappointed

• after 6 days four of my acrylic nails had fallen off.I called the shop and told them and the man i spoke to told me i could come into the store tomorrow to get them fixed for free. On my arrival i felt extremely uncomfortable as the lady was clearly speaking about my case in her language to another worker. They then refused to do redo my nails and tried to charge me. Not only was the service appalling but i had now traveled all the way to the store for no reason after being told i would have them fixed free of charge. i urge anyone reading this NOT to waste your money in this nail shop. £20 for an amateur job

• Probably the best nail salon in coventry. Each set of acrylics I get done there last for more then 4 weeks. They shape the nails nicely and paint them evenly. Great value for your money would DEFINITELY recommend

• This place is absolutely horrendous! They filed my nails down with a machine and took 7 layers off my nail! I had acrylic nails done there and there was a big gap between my natural nails and the white tips of the acrylics. I went to the West Orchards Nail Bar to remove the nails and they explained to me how much damage had been done and that it was such a shoddy job and there's no need for my natural nails to have been filed with a machine. I would recommend that you abandon the Chinese nail places and go to West Orchards as they are English and use legal methods. Personally I will be going to O Spa in Solihull to get my nails treatments from now on. I've given a 1 star rating because it doesn't let me submit my review otherwise.
