• It was rather heart breaking to see such a company ruin a little girls birthday. First of all the cake was not ready at the they promised the cake will be ready by. This meant several trips to the store when parking is not free and also I called before going. This made the birthday girl late to her own party and to top it up the spelt her name wrong. They couldn't get a four letter name right. This order was placed online with an email follow up so surely they did not bother making sure the details are correct. When I made a complain they turn round and blamed it on the customer saying it was my responsibility to check the cake. This is a service I paid £75 for. I sent a second email to express my disappointment and this time they decided to ignor my complaint completely.
