• Had them come and fit a stretch ceiling, led, and some metal work. It all started ok when initially getting quotes but it seemed as soon as they received a deposit from me i was no longer valued. the fitting team are extremely rude, if you have any children about the house, i would advise for them to be out when they come over. The boss can be unpleasant when you have a query or a concern and the office staff seem to know very little about the product. have to say after seeing other offices finished product from other companies mine does look rather cheap and doesn't seem to be as high in quality. what is most concerning is the fact that they tell everyone that the good you buy are manufactured to a high standard in the uk, this is not true. I managed to find out that the good are all manufactured by other companies, and then edward ray put their own sticker of the true manufactures label. so what i believed to be high quality uk manufactured electoral items, turned out to be dirt cheap mass produced items from china.
