I called them back to tell them they gave me the wrong order, I let her read out my order, she missed an order request made to a dish, asked her colleague said it comes that way, I explained to her the menu states chose a or b, I chose B on three occasions, told me I need to say it the next time I come, even though I said it this time, told me come next time and she gives B… no refund, no fixing the order, I was willing to drive back and get the right order. Nothing, told me not to argue with her. I said she’s not even saying sorry, sarcastically said sorry and that next time I come to say B. I explained I’m a regular customer and live up the road and will not be coming back again. Excellent food at reasonable prices and always served with a smile. Not my closest takeaway but it is well worth the trip. Highly recommended. I have been using this takeaway for years, its the best around the Watford and Bushey area!!Rating history and distribution
