• I am a Japanese speaker and had to observe today how the head sushi chef at Eat Tokyo Holborn made fun of his costumers in Japanese, not thinking that anyone would understand him. The worst part was when he licked his hands and then prepared the fish for one of the customers he made fun off. He told his staff colleagues, who laughed and then happily watch his customer eat the fish he before prepared with his spit covered hands! I will never go there again!!!
