• Absolutely awful. Had beef madras - couldn't even cut the beef with my knife, never mind chew it. £4.00 for a kids meal, which consisted of 3 extremely small chicken nuggets, fried smiley faces and beans. Terrible customer service. Used to be a regular, gave it the benefit of the doubt last couple of times, but will stick to the Billinge arms in future.

• Very long wait for average at best food that arrived at different times. The first person to get their food had finished by the time the last one arrived. Tried to point this out to the management but was faced by an incredibly aggressive and unnecessary attitude. Will never be wasting my money there again
