• Absolutely shocking customer service. I rang them with a view to upgrading my Koga to a Rohloff belt drive and whoever I spoke to was utterly miserable and rude. This is not the first time I have encountered this (although they do have one mechanic working there who is very normal). Customers are clearly a complete nuisance to this absolutely awful shop. Go elsewhere.
