• I ordered on Sunday evening and received my item Tuesday. The item was exactly as described and well packaged. My experience with Dorset Gifts was flawless and I would most certainly use them again.

• I was very impressed by Dorset Gifts approach to customer service. I had a couple of minor hiccups with some shells, but they were responsive and dealt with issues proactively and professionally. I thought the quality and range of shells was much better than more other vendors I had searched

• Absolutely terrible company, DO NOT USE! No communication at all, waited 20 days for an order that hasn't even been sent! Website claims orders arrive in 3-5 working days and any delays you are emailed immediately (this was never done) My item wasn't even in stock but Dorset Gifts still took my money and fobbed me off with lies (one minute it was sent then it wasn't etc), after numerous phone calls and emails we finally received a refund. Avoid.
