• Disappointing! I booked a cab this morning and it wasn’t on time so I rang them to ask what was going on and told the lady it was happening too often lately and expressed my disappointment. She was very rude and wouldn’t even listen or apologise instead she cut me off. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years and I use them every week. I think no customer deserves to be treated like that. The lady I spoke to was very unprofessional & lacks people skills. When the cab turned up, l got the same treatment from the driver. There was no apology whatsoever instead he said to me “what do you want me to do?”. Diamond Cars is becoming a joke!
