• Wednesday 20th July, I attended the shop around o'clock and upon my arrival I questioned a member of staff for confirmation that the product I intended to purchase was a sale item. The member of staff in question, lady late 20s early 30s around 5ft6 had appalling customer service skills or lack of not answering my question and trying to push me into paying for 100% leather which defeated the object of me wanting a SALE item (price). This lady was condescending what I was saying and had a horrendous attitude, huffing and puffing at any questions I asked however I remained polite the whole of this duration and the lady went back into the office to join another staff member and continued chatting and talking away. I then wanted to finalise my order and pay so I had to approach the office window and wave at the lady to approach me (she evenutally came out after finishing her conversation with fellow colleague) and once again extremely blunt and treated me like I was a burden to her time! Having found my desired fabric colour for the sofa I said “Ill take *that* sofa in *this* fabric please!”. The lady gave me what appeared to be a filthy look rolling her eyes condescendingly and responded with a patronising, abrupt and intimidating tone of voice “What do you mean TAKE?” And emphasised the word ‘TAKE’ to me- as if I was either planning to steal the sofa or walk out with it on my shoulders. The conversation went on to which it was mostly one sided- the lady trying to pick issues with everything I said, the way I phrased my words and making me feel incredibly belittled and so uncomfortable to which I left the store without continuing with the purchase. She told me it would have 15 weeks and when I innocently asked why (as I have never purchased from your company) the lady responded “well do you want to go and pick it up from the warehouse yourself?!” I would like to add later on during this conversation the lady denied saying this to me and said she had a witness as proof, however please check the cctv as there was no other college anywhere near us! The other colleague was still sat in the office! I requested to speak to the other lady in the office instead of this lady in question as I felt her attitude was horrendous. So they swapped over! The other lady was much more helpful however my experience here had already been ruined . I had to leave the shop and let my mother continue the conversation regarding the sofa with the lady and another colleague as I was extremely upset and taken back and the first lady came back once I had left and continued to disrespect my mother, so we left. I am sorry to say- but I will never shop here! And will never recommend anyone to shop here. I highly recommend management keeping a close eye on this woman’s attitude towards customers and reinforcing the importance of manors and just general friendliness. I’ve read other reviews and I am not the only unlucky person to have experienced such rudeness. Rude, condescending lady.

• Awful company anyway to be fair, but this store is horrendous. Vile female 'manager' Simone, rude and incompetent. Will be actively telling all people I know to never but from here
