• 2 stars for the receptionist who cant be bothered to answer the phone messages. They let all the other people know why you have arrived, 'so you are having all your teeth removed today, what all of them', the dentists are fine but don't see how the receptionist are and the clients don't report it to them as its not that kind of appointment, when you see the dentist you want to hear about your teeth not complain about the receptionist
