• Absolutely love Delucia, I have been going there for my waxing for 18 months now. The staff are friendly, and the service is very good ....it hardly hurts at all. Definitely the best waxing i've had.

• I have been going to Delucia for my waxing for two years now. The service is second to none, friendly and very punctual. They always leave my fluffy bits smooth there is hardly any discomfort. A very good service

• Avoid at all costs!! Awful customer service. I booked my wax appointment weeks in advance so I could get the time and day I needed, and then got the hour off work for it. However, the night before it I received an email (!!!) to tell me that my appointment was rescheduled from 1 to 11.45 (half a days notice!). I called them, got their voicemail and informed them that I couldn't take this new appointment because I was in work. I didn't actually get to talk to them on the phone until 45 minutes before my appointment was meant to be (12.15) and I was just told that they had overbooked and they couldn't see me at 1. No apologies, nothing else offered, basically just tough luck we can't see you. Extremely unaccomodating and unreliable. They left me with no time to book elsewhere before my holidays, and showed complete disregard for the customer. I'm a new groupon customer, so it's likely that someone paying full price wanted my time slot and that meant more money!
