• Staff in shop are so friendly and the food is really amazing. Always perfectly cooked and get alot for your money. Only downside is that the delivery drivers are sooo miserable.

• Always order from Dallas never had any problems. Tastes just as good if not better than KFC. :)

• Order turned up 1 hour 15 minutes late cold. After we spoke to the manager we waited another half an hour for a replacement delivery. When that arrived we were given a refund but no replacement meal. We should have read the first review. Never again.

• Incorrect order arrived 50 mins after suggested delivery time, food got collected and after another 30 min wait our order turned up - cold. Called Dellas and offered to return the food to them for a full refund but the manager said he was closing in 5 mins (1 hour before the closing time stated on the menu) He offered a free meal on our next order that we accepted, that also turned up 55 mins late and had a 'free' item missing. Never again!
