• Had a steak which was really good , unfortunately the customer service wasn't so good and tha toilets leave a lot to be desired.

• Have been here several times for food. Tonight was the first time there a problem with meal. After first mouthful I asked for a steak knife and extra sauce as it was dry and tough.Staff did offer to replace it at the time But I thought it would be ok. Was unable to eat it and as staff very busy 20 minuted passed before I could inform them the food not edible. They said they could offer me a free coffee as unable to refund cost of meal as they had offered to change it before I had tried it with the sauce. Needless to say I now will not return there to eat,its a shame as have always had a good experience there.
