• Mixed up my booking. The colour I had asked for was a blonde, but after a bleach bath and further colouring, what I ended up with was a light brown/Orange/Ginger colour. Was so bad, i had to dye it again myself the next day. Left waiting for prolonged lengths of time while other clients were being attended to. Was there 5 hours 15 minutes. Have had no reply to my email complaint i sent them. Will NEVER go back!!!
